Our staff will need suitable parking on or right outside your property, this is due to handling equipment and supplies. If your premises is situated on a busy road and parking is an issue, our staff may not be able to ensure the use of our own equipment. Therefore we may request to use our customers faithful household appliances.
If parking is regulated by a residential scheme, please make sure you have visitor passes to allow parking for our staff, this will be a necessity when visiting to carry out work.
