As the UK watches the increase in national cases, we at Bournes Clean Team are keeping a watchful eye on current situations and restrictions. If you are working from home, we request that you keep to one room during your schedule clean. Not only does this keep you safe, but it also keeps our staff and other clients safe during this pandemic.

We will continue to use our clients equipment to reduce cross contamination and sanitise those after use, along with door handles and light switches. Cloths and sponges have never been reused between households and we’ll continue to do so. Our aim is to be over cautious, to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus. We will also continue to wear face coverings and gloves during your cleans.

In the event of suspected symptoms (loss of taste or smell, a new dry continuo cough and/or high temperature) or you have been in contact with a confirmed case of corona virus. We will not be able to attend whilst you are in the 14 day isolation period. Please get in contact with us straight away via telephone, email or via our Facebook Direct Messaging Service, so we can assess, reschedule or postpone your clean. In turn will also notify you our clients if we ourselves have been exposed, it’s paramount that we work through this together and to keep everyone safe.

If our area does move into a more restricted phase, we may have to suspend services with immediate effect until further notice, we will notify you via social media and directly.
